Statement 

1.Date of occurrence of the event:2015/12/15
2.Circumstances of the violation:
CDF Repurchased its shares on the centralized securities
exchange market without prior reporting in writing to the
FSC, and is therefore in violation of Article 3 of
Regulations Governing Share Repurchase by Exchange-Listed
and OTC-Listed Companies, promulgated pursuant to the
Paragraph 3 of Article 28-2 of Securities and Exchange
Act.
3.Status of the disposition by said competent authority:
The responsible person of CDF was fined NT$ 240,000 for
Subparagraph 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 178, and
Paragraph 1 of Article 179 of Securities and Exchange
Act.
4.Intended remedial measures:
CDF will deal with related matters based on the FSC's
instructions.

The sanction was received on Dec.15,2015.
