7.Cause of occurrence:On Septemper 15th, 2014, Cosmos Bank
became a CDF wholly-owned  subsidiary and was renamed as
KGI Bank on January 5th, 2015.
Thus the aforementioned newspaper report regarding the
conducts of the former chairman of Cosmos Bank should
have no connections to the KGI Bank.
