With respect to the civil lawsuit filed by Huang against KGI and Yang in relation to the return of the shares of Jen-Shin Securities Co., Ltd., KGI has received judgment from Taiwan High Court, viz. that KGI shall pay Huang NTD. 90,378,975, while Huang transfers to KGI all rights, titles and interest in his ownership of Jen-Shin Securities Co., Ltd. (including shareholdings in China Development Financial Holding Corporation, by way of conversion of shares of Jen-Shin Securities Co., Ltd.) against a third party. All other motions put forward by Huang were dismissed by the court.
