The shareholders’ meeting held on April 24, 2017 approved
the amount of NTD 12 billion of cash distributed from
capital surplus and authorized the chairman to determine
the record date of cash distributed from capital surplus.
Chairman determined the record date of cash distributed
from capital surplus on June 30, 2017.
