Yang in relation to the return of the shares of Jen-Shin Securities Co., Ltd., KGI Securities has received judgment from Supreme Court, in which the original judgment (Taiwan High Court, Case No. 103 Chong-Shang-Geng 5-Zi 144) was reversed and the case was remanded to the Taiwan High Court.
