The shareholders’ meeting held on July 30, 2018 approved
of distribution of capital surplus of NTD4.1 billion and
legal reserve of NTD0.9 billion in cash, totaling
NTD5 billion, and authorized the chairman to determine
the record date for cash distribution from capital surplus
and legal reserve.  Chairman determined the record date
for cash distribution from capital surplus and legal
reserve to be August 24, 2018.
