(1) On Oct 14 2019, the FSC approved GSF to assign its main business to Yuanta Securities Finance Co., Ltd.
(2) The record date of business assignment was determined to be Oct 21, 2019 by the chairman of the Board of GSF and Yuanta Securities Finance
Co., in accordance with a resolution passed in the shareholders' meeting of GSF held on May 29, 2019.
