Approval to reduce capital of CDIB Venture Capital Corporation.

(1) CDIB Venture Capital Corporation will reduce its capital of
NT$3,465,775,620 via payment in CDIB Venture Capital (Hong Kong)
Corporation Limited stock and in cash of NT$2 billion to shareholder CDIB
Capital Group (“CDIB”). The record date of reduce capital is 2020/07/27.
(2) In accordance with Article 128-1 of the Company Act, the rights and
functions of the shareholders' meeting are exercised by the board of
directors of the Company.
