2.Important resolutions:

(1)Transfer from Labuan to The British Virgin Islands pursuant to section 133 of the Labuan Companies Act and Section 180 of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004. The Company will be continued in the British Virgin Islands under the current name.

(2)Confirmation of new memorandum and articles of association.

The new memorandum and articles of association will take effect from the date of the certificate of continuation to be issued by the Registry of Corporate Affairs in the British Virgin Islands upon approval for continuation pursuant to Sections 180 - 183 of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004.
