 With respect to the civil lawsuit filed by Huang against KGI Securities
 and Yang in relation to the return of the shares of Jen-Shin Securities
 Co., Ltd., KGI Securities has received judgment from Supreme Court, in
 which the original judgment (Taiwan High Court, Case No. 107
 Chong-Shang-Geng 6-Zi 37) was reversed and the case was remanded to the
 Taiwan High Court.

 by KGI Securities.
