5.Cause of occurrence:
I. Pursuant to Article 281 herein to which Article 73 of the Company Act
applies mutatis mutandis, KGI Securities Co. Ltd. hereby makes capital
reduction announcement to its creditors. This capital reduction will cancel
250,000,000 shares of the total number of outstanding shares with a
reduction ratio of 7.04%. The paid-in capital after the capital reduction
will be NTD32,995,978,100.
II. If any creditors of KGI Securities Co. Ltd. object to this capital
reduction, please submit your objection in writing within 31 days after the
next day of this announcement. Creditors who fail to reply within the
mentioned period should be deemed to have no objections.
6.Countermeasures:Announcement was made to creditors of KGI Securities Co. Ltd.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:Pursuant to Article 15,
