On December 25, 2019, The original announcement was
made to lease the office area of 206.2 pings on the
“8F., No.19-3, Sanchong Rd., Nangang Dist., Taipei City”
as well as 2 parking spaces from CDIB from April 1, 2020,
to December 31, 2024.
4.Reason for change and its main content:
Since CDIB has sold the office on “8F., No.19-3,
Sanchong Rd., Nangang Dist., Taipei City as well as 9 parking
spaces” to KGI Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred
as ”KGI Bank”), in this case, the lesser will be changed
to KGI Bank on real estate transfer completion date, and
KGI Bank shall undertake the initial lease contract,
rental deposit and pre-collected rental payment accordingly.
