Unit price:The monthly rent per ping on the 2nd floor will be NT$435 per
ping from June 1, 2022, NT$448 per ping from June 1, 2025, NT$461 per ping
from June 1, 2028, and NT$475 per ping from June 1, 2031. Total transaction
price:Effective June 1, 2022, the monthly rent is NT$201,174 (inclusive
of tax), effective June 1, 2025, the monthly rent is adjusted to NT$207,210
(inclusive of tax), effective June 1, 2028, the monthly rent is adjusted to
