According to the Press Release announced on the FSC website, a former
employee of KGI Bank was involved in misappropriating for customer funds
and a former employee was involved in unusual funds dealing with customers,
which are in violation of paragraph 1 of Article 45-1 of the Banking Act,
and the Article 3，8 of implementation Rule of Internal Audit and Internal
Control System of Financial Holding Companies and Banking Industries.
3.Monetary amount of fines:NTD 6,000,000
4.Status of the injunction by the respective competent authority:
KGI Bank was imposed with an administrative fine of NTD 6,000,000
