KGI Bank. CDC is a 76.04%-owned subsidiary of CDIB MCC.
5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)A public announcement was made on July 26, 2022 that CDIB MCC planned to
acquire all shares of CDC held by external shareholders by way of share swap.
(2)The FSC approved the transaction on September 6, 2022
with the letter No.1110144947. The chairman or the designated person of both
parties has determined on September 12, 2022 the effective date of the share
swap to be October 18, 2022.
