(2)Pursuant to the letter no.10060005190 of Financial Supervisory
Commission dated Jan. 31, 2012, a financial holding company shall
announce to its shareholders as follows: the same person or same
concerned person who singly, jointly or collectively holds more than
a certain percentage of the financial holding company’s outstanding
voting shares shall report or apply for prior approval of the
Financial Supervisory Commission. (Please refer to Article 4, 5 and
