(1) CDF, on behalf of China Life, announces the registration change of
company name from “China Life Insurance Co., Ltd.” to “KGI Life
Insurance Co., Ltd.”, as approved by MOEA.
(2) It is planned to officially activate “KGI Life Insurance Co., Ltd.”
from January 1, 2024. Policyholders’ rights and interests will not be
affected in any way by the change of company name.
