The board of directors has approved the appointment of Yu-Ling Kuo
as President of the company effective after the approval is
granted by the Insurance Bureau of the Financial Supervisory
Commission (FSC). The duties of the President will be performed
by Yu-Ling Kuo before Ms. Kuo’s qualification is reviewed and
approved by the Insurance Bureau of the FSC.
